All RN's required to have current BLS certification.
Specialty Areas require ACLS, NALS, PALS. as befitting the position.

The Application Process:
Fill
out an online application or send a request for a hire packet
to be sent out. Hit the ‘contact us’ button
and provide your information ‘submit’ and we will
be glad to get you a packet in the mail within 24 hours.
We
Need you to be prepared to provide the following when applying
with Champion Medical Staffing.
- Copy of your Nursing License (Front and Back if Faxing)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (Front and Back if Faxing)
- Current Advanced Certifications, i.e.., ACLS, NALS, PALS.
CCRN, NRP, etc… (Front and Back if Faxing)
- Physical done within the last year (must state you are unrestricted
to work)
- 2 Forms of ID. ( Current Drivers License, SS card,
Passport, State ID, Temp Visa, Military ID, Birth Cert.,) If
Faxing please copy at lowest setting so it will fax clearly.
- MMR Immunization Records or Titers
- Serum Titers: Varicella, History not acceptable (Rubella,
Rubeola, Mumps if no MMR immunization)
- TB Test Results within the last year.
- If TB is positive must include a Chest X-ray within the previous
12 months with a report by physician stating it’s clear
of signs for TB.
- TB mask fit test
- An 11 panel Urine Drug Screen within the last month or we
will arrange for you to complete one.
- 2 years verifiable Hospital Experience in area of expertise
requested to work
- 2 separate verifiable places of employment within a hospital
setting
- 2 professional letters of recommendation (will request if
required)
- Voided check if Direct deposit requested.
Testing done either in office or online. If coming
into office please allow approx. 2 hours to complete testing
and complete hire packet.
